Build Your Skills, Boost Your Confidence, and Bring Characters to Life MAY FOCUS: Intro to Technique! This spring we'll be focused on Technique work - introducing our teen actors to a variety of the most celebrated acting techniques. April's technique will be a focus on On-Camera Technique - this technique prepares actors prepares actors to work on professional sets and adapt to the technical aspects of working in front of the camera! This acting class is perfect for teens who love performing and want to grow as actors. The focus is on scene study—working on scripts to create real, believable characters and tell powerful stories. You’ll also learn skills that go beyond a typical school drama program: Scene Study: Practice acting through scenes from plays, movies, and TV shows, learning to connect with your character and scene partners. Acting Techniques: Build your skills with voice work, movement, and acting exercises that make your performances stronger. Teamwork: Work with other students to build confidence, creativity, and collaboration. This class will help you become a more confident, skilled actor while having fun and exploring your passion for performing. This class is taught by Studio Owner Erin Bethea!
