Studio Policies
By registering for classes or booking services at Greenlight Acting Studios, you agree to the below terms and policies as well as fully release, discharge and indemnify Greenlight Acting Studios and its employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims which may accrue on account of your participation.

Registration
Payment as listed for each class, course or service is due at the time of registration. For any classes that utilize automatic renewal payments, any failure to make renewing payments in a timely manner may result in your dismissal from the class. If a class or course is full at the time you wish to register, please call us at 470-613-8686 or email us at info@greenlightactingstudios.com to be added to the waitlist. Actors will be asked to join class from the waitlist in the order in which they were added. Payment will be required immediately upon being added to the class.

Attendance Policy
We take attendance very seriously as regular class attendance helps us offer consistency in the classroom helps you and your fellow classmates get the most out of class. Therefore, we ask that you call our office at 470-613-8686 and/or email us at info@greenlightactingstudios.com​ and reach out to your coach directly if possible if you are going to miss class for any reason or if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your class. This helps us get classes started on time. Makeup classes are at your Coach's discretion and may require an additional fee.

Personal Information
Greenlight agrees not to share your email, phone number or other personal information with any third parties without your consent. By submitting your personal contact information on any form or booking, you agree to be contacted via email, sms text messages or phone calls regarding upcoming classes, services or offerings at Greenlight as well as to received updates and communication regarding your participation in classes, workshops or services. By providing your phone number on any of our online forms, you agree to receive text messages from Greenlight Acting Studios.

Cancellations
FOR ALL CLASSES & WORKSHOPS: A cancellation or cancellation request must be made at least three (3) days prior to the start date in order to be eligible for a a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline but before commencement date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the class has commenced are non-refundable.
FOR CLASSES REQUIRING PAYMENT PLANS: Cancellations for any payment plan courses must be requested three (3) days prior to the individual's starting date of any ongoing class in order to be eligible for a refund. Any class registrations that are requested to be cancelled after a payment plan has begun shall result only in cancellation of future payments and no payments already cleared under the plan will be eligible for a refund. Additional fees may be assessed based on the individual course and how cancellation may affect other registered students.
Cancellations may be made either by the actor using their Members Portal on our website or by calling our office at 470-613-8686 or emailing us at info@greenlightactingstudios.com. Any and all requested refunds may also also be subject to a 5% processing fee.
All students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while members of the Greenlight Acting Studios community.
We require that consent be given before any triggering, volatile, or potentially offensive dialogue occurs in our classes. Discussions prior to performing scenes and exercises, open discussions about each actor’s comfort level/boundaries, and clear consent that is Freely given, Reversible, Informed, Enthusiastic and Specific, (F.R.I.E.S!) are vital for creating a framework in which actors can take risks and be free in a safe manner.

Privacy Policy
Use good judgement when discussing the events and students that are a part of the studio. Our studio is not a home for gossip, dissention, or negativity. We seek to build each other up and protect one another in this safe space.
Media Policies: If and when you are sent filmed portions of your class for educational purposes, all clips are to be kept private and confidential. They are not to be shared with anyone nor posted publicly (social media, self-promotion, demo reels, etc.) without permission from Greenlight and your fellow actors. With regard to any online classes, taking screenshots or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Exceptions to these media policies are afforded at the sole discretion of your instructor on a case by case basis and with the consent of all students.

Education Only
The work done at Greenlight Acting Studios is for educational purposes only. No audition or job opportunities are implied in any way in connection with any work done in classes or workshops conducted online or in-studio at Greenlight Acting Studio.

Image Release Consent
We love sharing photos and videos of the exciting work our students are doing at our studio. By agreeing to this policy, you also agree to our image release consent agreement. This agreement states that Greenlight Acting Studios has your permission to use your photograph or likeness publicly to promote our classes and programs. You understand that the images or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, email promotions, social media posts, and on our website. You understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.
