About the Event
"Wicked Smaht"!
Using the foundations of the International Phonetic Alphabet, actors will learn to speak and perform using an "Boston" accent.
The workshop will introduce the foundations of the accent and then actors will be able to apply what they've learned while performing great scenes from films that utilize the accent such as "The Departed", "The Fighter", "Manchester by the Sea", and "Gone Baby Gone".
