4 Weeks to More Confident Commercials! Commercial auditions... man, we get it. They can be tough! Hard to interpret, requiring a whole bunch of skills in tiny 15 or 30 second windows, how do you decipher some of that crazy copy? Or those storyboards? What do they actually NEED to see me doing here?? From improv skills, to imagination work, to translating commercial copy into common language - this workshop was designed to help you conquer even the most confusing or complex of commercial auditions! Commercials are an actors' bread and butter - those short 1-3 day jobs that can pay great, provide residuals, be super fun, and keep you working toward those bigger acting jobs! About Your Coach Ibanez Downtain has been an active performer in the city of Atlanta for 19 years, beginning when he was 13 years old. In that time, he has worked on independent films, been a part of several improv theatres in Atlanta and has learned from some of the most talented people in the country. He has held the titles of Main Cast Performer, Instructor (for all levels of improv), Director, and Producer. More recently, he has written, directed, and performed in several sketch comedy ensembles. With a special place in his heart for comedy, he is always looking to incorporate fun into the learning process.
