Physical Technique Workshop

At a recent Greenlight panel, a notable Casting Directors shared one of the biggest mistakes they see actors make in self-tapes:

“Actors forget they have a body.”

This workshop is designed to fight exactly that.

In an industry where so much work now happens in close-up frames and self-tapes, many actors have unintentionally become disconnected from one of their most powerful storytelling tools: their physical presence. This workshop is a chance to break out of that “self-tape purgatory” and reconnect to movement, space, instinct, and physical storytelling in a fun, energetic, highly interactive environment.
